Mystras Grand Palace Resort & Spa, a  luxury 5 star shelter , located 268 klm from Athens International Airport “ Eleftherios Venizelos” and 94 klm from Kalamata International Airport “Captain Vas. Konstantakopoulos ”, welcomes you again  respecting all new protocols providing a safe environment for our guests and employees, based on the Certification System of  TUV Austria “Covid Shield”.

Below you will find some of the enhanced safety measures we have taken during this time.

 

General practices

  • Social distance protocols are in place.
  • Signage throughout the hotel reminding guests to take the appropriate measures to protect themselves and others.
  • Increased the frequency of cleaning all areas using high-grade disinfectant.
  • Increased cleaning in high frequency touch points such as elevator buttons, door handles etc.
  • Implementation of hand sanitation stations situated throughout the premises.
  • Placed thermal camera in the entrance of the hotel.

 

Hotel staff

  • All hotel employees have been trained to follow the specified hygiene protocols.
  • All employees comply with the health protocols such as hand washing, social distance etc.

 

Guest experience

  • Check-in and check- out:
    Guests are encouraged to check-in on our new online system in order to limit check in duration to minimum.
  • Mandatory extension of duration of check-out and check-in times between stays (check out by 11am and check in from 3pm) so that rooms can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and aired out through natural ventilation.
  • Disinfection of key cards.
  • Emergency contact with doctor, pharmacy , hospital etc is available.

 

Rooms

  • Housekeeping upon request of the guest.
  • All rooms will be deeply cleaned, disinfected and aired through natural ventilation between stays.
  • All hotel equipment in room will be cleaned and sanitized before check in.
  • Each guest will receive a hand sanitizer.
  • Bed linen & Towels as well on laundry are handled with extreme care to avoid contamination.

 

Food and Beverage Protocols

  • The restaurants adhere to the specific government guidelines pertaining to distance between tables.
  • All staff of restautants, café and kitchen use of masks, gloves etc, follow all necessary guidelines.
  • The hotel offers ala cart breakfast options in our breakfast area and option for room service.


Spa

  • The indoor Jacuzzi will remain closed until further notice.
  • Spa is complied  with the necessary health guidelines .

 

Outdoor pool

  • Increased distance between the sunbeds as per health protocols.
  • Signage throughout the hotel reminding guests to take the appropriate measures to protect themselves and others.
  • Every sunbed is sanitized for each guest.

 

Fitness center

  • Social distancing will apply in the fitness center.
  • Frequent cleaning of gym equipment.
